Warm trekking clothing include shirts, underwear, socks and trousers. For outer layers a very warm thick down jacket is required which should be windproof and waterproof. Make sure the jacket is the one with a hood. Similarly for your hands, medium weight gloves and for covering your head, sun hats and warm hat is required. Don’t forget to pack thick warm mitts and warm extra layers for your legs. We also need head lamps and always carry extra battery while in climb.
